Why Swap Orders Get Cancelled?

Under what circumstances will a swap order be canceled?

It will be canceled when the slippage limit is exceeded. In plain terms, if you expect to swap 215,000 snapyy for 68.83 kas with a slippage tolerance of 1%, then if the actual exchange rate results in an amount less than 68.83 × (1 - 1%), meaning it falls below your set slippage threshold, the order will be automatically canceled.

Why was your order canceled?

It might be due to poor communication quality between your network and the server. This can cause the client to obtain unsynchronized swap liquidity information, resulting in a discrepancy between the calculations shown on the website and those on the server side, which then leads to order cancellation.

How can you resolve this?

Simply refresh the page and try again. This action is mainly to fetch the latest liquidity information of the trading pair, allowing you to complete the transaction normally.
